The Guiding Spirit Design Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase of prints, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund.
For Shamanic Portraits- If for any reason you are not satisfied with the portrait, you may return it within 30 days for a refund minus $200. for Shamanic Counseling and shipping charges.
Print Quality
Guiding Spirit Design prints are produced using the latest 8-color printing technology. All image management is done in-house, and only the finest papers and archival pigment-based inks are used. Our paper is a heavy-weight 100% cotton fiber material with a soft texture. It is PH neutral, acid free, lignen-free and water-resistant. Our pigment-based inks have exceptional color and proven archival stability. Wilhelm Research indicates over 100 years of print permanence in normal display conditions using these materials. Guiding Spirit Design invests a great deal of time to insure the finest possible reproductions of each image.
Framing Your Print
All of the artwork included in the Guiding Spirit Design Collection may be seen framed and matted by clicking on the "Framed" icon button located beneath the image you have selected. We have carefully designed the dimensions of the matte width and frame to offer you a beautiful framing solution for your print. In addition to enhancing the artwork, matting and framing provides for long-term protection and conservation. Guiding Spirit Design offers two framing options to choose from:
1. Unframed: Prints arrive ready to frame. The paper is a high quality and fine art paper. Both the paper and inks are archival. Unframed prints are signed and carefully packaged to insure full protection during shipping. Included with your print is a document which details the conservation, handling and framing of your print.
2. Traditional Framing: Guiding Spirit Design frames all the prints in a traditional black wood. Our frame and matte dimensions are custom designed for each particular image. We use an off white, acid-fee 100% cotton rag matte with non-glare Plexiglas in all our frames. Framed prints include mounting hardware, and arrive ready to hang.
Ordering a Print
There are several ways you can order a print from Guiding Spirit Design:
ONLINE: The easiest and quickest way to order a print is from our website. Once you have located the print you would like to purchase, click on the button "Buy Now", and you will be prompted through the process to complete your order. If you wish to make multiple purchases, you will be able to click on the "Return to Shopping". Items may be added and removed at any time before "Check Out". To finalize your sale, simply click on the "Check Out" button and you will be prompted through the process to finalize your sale. Once Guiding Spirit Design receives you order, an e-mail order confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours.
BY TELEPHONE: We would be happy to speak with you in person. If you would like to place an order by telephone or have any questions, Artplane's hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PST). Our toll-free number is 877 473-7000.
BY REGULAR MAIL: Complete the details on our online order form, print out a copy and simply mail it to us. We will contact you by telephone to confirm the total amount due for your order. You may choose to pay by credit card, or remit payment by check or money order to the following address:

Method of Payment
CREDIT CARDS: Guiding Spirit Design accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
SALES TAX: Sales tax is added to the purchase price of your order only when it is delivered within the state of Pennsylvania.
Delivery
Guiding Spirit Design orders are sent via FedEX Ground, and are fully insured and packaged to insure safe shipping. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery of unframed prints. Because our framed prints involve custom work, they require more time. Please allow 12-15 business days for delivery of framed prints. Shipping rates for framed works ranges from $15-$35, depending on the size of the piece.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund. If your artwork arrived damaged or defective, please retain the original packaging and call us at 1 610 933-4545 within 10 days to arrange for return shipping at our expense. All artwork must be returned to us in its original packaging.

Mailing Lists
If you would like to receive notice of new print releases or receive our next gallery showing, please add your name to our mailing list. You may choose to receive notices by e-mail, regular mail or both. We respect that your information is private. Our mailing list is used only for Guiding Spirit Design promotions and will never be given to a third party.
Privacy and Security
The information you provide to Guiding Spirit Design will never be disclosed or resold to a third party, or be used in any way other than to facilitate the safe arrival of your print. If you request to be added to our mailing list, the information you provide to us will remain confidential and be will be used only to notify you of upcoming Guiding Spirit Design promotions.
The commerce part of our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This technology provides our customers with the utmost privacy and security by encrypting all personal data as it travels over the Internet to ensure that only Guiding Spirit Design can access this information.
